This is LDE (Gazetted Post) No. 13 of 2026 – 2027, notified by MPSC on 22 April 2026. The recruitment is for the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms — Services and State Welfare wing (DP&AR SSW), under the Mizoram Secretariat Service Rules, 2007. Since this is a limited departmental exam, only serving government employees in the Assistant grade can apply.

Who Can Apply?

• You must be a serving government employee in the grade of Assistant
• You must have not less than 5 years of regular service in the Assistant grade as on the closing date
• Recruitment is governed by the Mizoram Secretariat Service Rules, 2007 and its subsequent amendments
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification

This is a limited departmental exam — direct recruitment from outside is not open through this notification.

Age Limit

• Specific upper / lower age is governed by the Mizoram Secretariat Service Rules, 2007
• The departmental nature of the exam means age is tied to 5 years of qualifying service rather than a fixed bracket

Salary

• Pay: Level 10 in the Pay Matrix (7th CPC)
• Entry pay at Level 10 starts at approximately Rs. 56,100 per month
• Plus admissible DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as per State Government rules

• Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are exempted from payment of application fees
• Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances

Selection Process

1. Limited Departmental Examination conducted by MPSC
2. Syllabus is available for download on the MPSC official website at the link provided in the notification
3. Final selection is based on marks scored in the LDE and verification of service records

Verification at any stage that shows the candidate does not meet eligibility will result in disqualification.

3. Log in and fill the application for LDE Gazetted Post No. 13 of 2026 – 2027
4. Upload the required documents and proof of 5 years of regular service in the Assistant grade
5. Pay the application fee online (UPI / net banking) and verify that your application is actually submitted after payment
6. Submit before 25 May 2026 till 4:00 PM
