Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad is engaging Project Technical Support-II and Project Technical Support-I staff in its Department of Medical Oncology. The team will work on the clinical research project “Improving Survival in Childhood-Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in India (IS-CALL): ICICLE implementation study”. Posts and Disciplines

• Project Technical Support-II: a clinical-research coordination role in Medical Oncology, suited to candidates from a relevant graduate or postgraduate field, with pharmacy backgrounds specifically preferred.

Post-wise Duties

Project Technical Support-II

You will help conduct and coordinate clinical trials in the Department of Medical Oncology. Your work may include tracking study activities, coordinating with the clinical team, keeping trial information organised and using computer applications for research records.

Project Technical Support-I

You will design and carry out laboratory testing, analyse laboratory data and prepare reports for study or protocol management. You will also keep the supporting records clear enough for review by the principal investigator and project team.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project tenure: Each appointment is temporary for six months or until the project ends, whichever applies first.
• No regular claim: Working on the project does not create any right to a regular NIMS appointment.
• Part-day work: If a post is needed for only part of a day, the institute may adjust payment proportionately and explain the arrangement at the interview.
• Travel: NIMS will not pay TA or DA for attending the interview or joining the post.
• Shortlisting contact: The institute will send the interview date, time and place to shortlisted applicants by phone or email.
• Project setting: You will work with patient-linked clinical research, so accurate records, confidentiality and adherence to the study protocol are central to the assignment.
