The appointment is tied to a clinical research project, rather than the institute's regular nursing establishment. You would work closely with the study team in Medical Oncology, help keep participant activity aligned with the approved protocol, and support communication around scheduled study procedures. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Temporary engagement: The appointment is purely temporary and does not create a right to a regular NIMS post.
• Project-linked tenure: The initial engagement runs for six months or until the project ends, whichever applies, and continuation is subject to a performance review.
• Work schedule: If the service is needed for only part of a day, the institute may adjust the payable amount proportionately and explain the arrangement at the interview.
