National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) is a technical support institution working under the National Health Mission (NHM) of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The IT Division at NHSRC supports critical public health portals and technology initiatives across India, including the National NCD Portal, AB-AAM, SaQsham, SASHAKT, and other key digital health platforms. This is a senior leadership role where you will report directly to the Advisor for IT and Integrated Planning. Who Can Apply?

Essential Qualification

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science (CS)
• MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
• MSc in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience Required

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in Information Technology
• Experience in stakeholder management, system management, and operations
• Experience in public health IT systems and working with various states and union territories
• Qualification and experience may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 55 years
• Age will be calculated as on the last date of receiving applications (31 March 2026)

Salary

• Monthly Remuneration: Between Rs. 1,30,000 and Rs. 1,70,000 per month
• The exact fee within this band will depend on your qualification and experience

• Design and implement end-to-end IT solutions for public health platforms using a wide range of technologies and frameworks
• Manage architecture documentation and create high-level and detailed system diagrams for stakeholders

• Develop integration solutions between various government health IT systems and platforms to improve interoperability
