Out of these, 14 posts are for Deputy General Manager (RE) and 100 posts are for Assistant Engineer (RE) in asset management and operation & maintenance (O&M). This is a lateral recruitment aimed at working professionals from the power and renewable energy sector. Both posts sit on the operation and maintenance (O&M) and asset management side of the business. As an Assistant Engineer (RE), you will handle day-to-day plant operations and maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Manage the operation and maintenance (O&M) of renewable energy plants such as solar and wind projects
  • Lead asset management activities to keep plants running at peak generation and efficiency
  • Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment
  • Monitor plant generation, performance and safety on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors and OEMs for spare parts and technical services
  • Prepare technical reports, maintenance budgets and compliance documents
  • Guide and lead engineering teams at project sites
