National e-Governance Division (NeGD), an independent business division under Digital India Corporation, has released a web advertisement dated 11 June 2026 for UMANG project roles. Technology and Product Roles

• Engineering Head: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent with 15+ years software development experience and at least 3 years as a lead.
• Business Analyst roles: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA with 5 to 9+ years in software/networking project management, operations or large system implementation.
• Product Manager: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MBA with 8+ years in IT and product/design delivery.
• Developers and DBA: B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with role-specific experience in iOS, Angular, React, Java full stack, databases, AWS, DevOps or cloud systems.

Security, Data, Finance and HR Roles

• Security Tester: B.Tech in IT/CS or related field with 3+ years in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and cloud/application security.
• Data Analyst: B.E/B.Tech or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field with 3+ years in analytics, BI dashboards, SQL and Python/R.
• Finance Expert: CA/CMA Inter with 10 years post-qualification experience in finance and accounts, including government accounting or government-funded projects.
• Manager - HR Operations: Bachelor's degree with 8 years in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, HRMIS, payroll coordination or vendor coordination.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 45 years on the closing date of receipt of application.
• Candidates already working under Central/State Government, PSUs or autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel or provide No Objection Certificate.

Selection Process
