North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) is a Miniratna Category-I power PSU and a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC, working under the Ministry of Power. It has released Advertisement No. NEEPCO-02/2026 to fill 38 Executive posts on a fixed-term basis. NEEPCO runs Hydro, Gas and Renewable power stations across the North East. Who Can Apply?

You need a full-time degree in the relevant field plus the required years of experience. Here is what each area asks for:

Executive (ERP) - Rs. 1,66,000/month

• Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (any field) plus a mandatory SAP HCM certification.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in SAP ERP HCM implementation or support.

Executive (HR - Corporate Communication) - Rs. 1,66,000/month

• Qualification: Graduate with a 2-year full-time PG Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication or Journalism.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in public relations or corporate communication.

Executive (Civil) - Rs. 71,000 to Rs. 1,66,000/month

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (a 3-year Diploma is allowed only for the entry-level post code).
• Experience: 1 to 7 years in hydropower or Pumped Storage Project (PSP) works, depending on the post code and pay level.

Executive (Security) - Rs. 1,45,000/month

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years in the Armed Forces (Captain/Major/Lt. Colonel) or as DSP/SP or equivalent in the police.

Executive (Law) - Rs. 1,45,000/month

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).
• Experience: 6 years of legal practice, or 9 years in the next-below grade in a CPSU or Government.

Executive (Safety) - Rs. 1,45,000/month

• Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production with a Diploma in Industrial Safety, or an Engineering Degree in Industrial/Fire and Safety.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in safety compliance under the Factories Act.

Executive (Finance) - Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 1,45,000/month

• Qualification: Graduate with CA/CMA, or MBA (Finance) of at least 2 years.
• Experience: Around 4 years in a finance role (the entry-level post code needs less).

Executive (Medical) - Rs. 1,35,000/month

• Qualification: MBBS (a PG Degree or Diploma is preferred) with registration under the Indian Medical Council.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year after internship.

Executive (HR - CSR) - Rs. 90,000/month

• Qualification: Master's Degree in Social Work, Community Organisation and Development Practice.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year in CSR or social welfare work.

Age Limit

• The maximum age is counted as on 01 January 2026 and depends on the post — it ranges from 30 years to 37 years.
• Only Indian nationals above 18 years can apply.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10 years for PwBD candidates. Ex-Servicemen get relaxation as per government rules.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated monthly pay between Rs. 71,000 and Rs. 1,66,000, depending on the post you apply for.
• The top pay of Rs. 1,66,000 is for Executive (ERP), Executive (HR - Corporate Communication) and the senior Executive (Civil) posts.
• On top of the pay, you also get HRA or company accommodation and medical facilities for yourself, your spouse, two children and dependent parents.
