National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is recruiting directly for its Operations and Maintenance team supporting the Namo Bharat regional rail project. Post-wise Duties

Supervisor-I

You will join the operations or engineering stream attached to your selected post. Your assignment follows NCRTC’s business needs, and the notice allows shift operations where the work calls for them.

Junior Maintainer

You will work in the maintenance trade named against your post, supporting the equipment and infrastructure assigned to your team. NCRTC provides on-the-job training before deployment, and it can adjust the training period for its trainees.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Probation: You will serve a two-year probation period after joining, under company policy.
• Service bond: Supervisors must sign a Rs. 4,00,000 surety bond and Junior Maintainers a Rs. 3,00,000 bond. Both carry a minimum service commitment of three years.
• Notice period: Resignation or termination requires one month’s prior notice from either side.
• Posting flexibility: You may work at any NCRTC office, workplace or project unit, including its subsidiaries and joint ventures. The notice does not promise a particular city or corridor.
• Medical costs: NCRTC pays for your first medical examination. You bear any later examination costs if delayed joining or an extension makes another examination necessary.
• Reservation: Benefits apply according to the post and category conditions. Creamy-layer OBC applicants must use the unreserved category, and the EWS openings remain subject to government directions and litigation outcomes.
• Provisional consideration: Taking part in recruitment does not itself create a right to appointment. Your particulars and background remain subject to checks, and incorrect or suppressed information can lead to cancellation or removal from service.
• Multiple posts: You may apply for more than one post, but their tests could take place at the same time. A separate application does not guarantee that you can attend every test.

• Coordinate rail operations within the assigned supervisory stream.
