NABARD Consultancy Services PMU AgriStack Recruitment 2026 - 7 Posts
NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD, needs contract staff for the AgriStack project in Goa. This is an 11-month contract at the start, and it may continue based on project need and your performance. The work is useful for experienced professionals in food processing, agriculture finance, IT infrastructure, system integration, and project support.
This is not a permanent NABARD job; it is a project-based contract engagement through NABCONS. Who Can Apply?
Food Processing Expert
- Qualification: Graduate or post graduate in Food Processing, or Graduate in Horticulture with PG degree/diploma in Food Processing or Agribusiness Management.
- Experience: You need 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience, with government project experience preferred.
- Work area: You will support agro/food processing interventions, MIS work, monthly KPI data, and stakeholder coordination.
Finance Expert (Credit/Insurance)
- Qualification: Masters in Finance or MBA Finance.
- Experience: You need 5 to 8 years of work experience. Agriculture credit or crop insurance experience is an advantage.
- Work area: You will support finance, credit, and insurance components of the agriculture policy and help track progress data.
IT Infrastructure Expert and Integration Specialist - IT
- Qualification: B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: IT Infrastructure Expert needs 5 to 10 years. Integration Specialist - IT needs 5 to 8 years in system integration, API development, or middleware.
- Skills: Cloud hosting, MeghRaj/GovCloud, servers, database administration, network security, API gateways, microservices, JSON/XML, and authentication systems are important.
- Work area: IT roles will handle hosting, security, APIs, system testing, data exchange, access control, and integration with central AgriStack systems.
Data Entry Operator/Project Assistant
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: You need 2 to 3 years of experience in similar support roles.
- Work area: You will help the project team with daily tasks, data entry, coordination support, and record keeping.
Salary
- Consolidated salary: NABCONS will decide the monthly amount based on your education, experience, overall suitability, and last drawn salary.
- Contract period: The first contract is for 11 months. It may be extended if the project needs the role and performance is satisfactory.
- Probation: The first 3 months will be a probation period.
- Tax: TDS will be deducted as per Section 194J of the Income Tax Act and applicable rules.
- Accommodation: NABCONS will not provide accommodation for selected candidates.
Selection Process (No Written Exam)
The selection will be done through screening and interview stages:
- Application Screening: NABCONS will check your qualification, suitability, and experience before shortlisting.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. The interview may be in person or virtual.
- MS Office/Data Management Assessment: NABCONS may test proficiency in MS Office and data management, especially for support roles.

- Medical Fitness: Final appointment is subject to being found medically fit at the posting location.
