Who Can Apply?

For Engineering Posts (Production, Maintenance, Technical Services, Inspection)

• Qualification: 4-year full-time B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc-Engineering in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (discipline-specific as per the post)
• Minimum marks: 65% (relaxable to 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates)
• Only regular full-time engineering degrees from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions are accepted
• M.E./M.Tech as part of Integrated or Dual Degree courses is also eligible if B.E./B.Tech has been completed in the relevant discipline

For Finance & Accounts Posts

• Qualification: CA/CMA qualified from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) or ICMAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India)

Selection Process

1. Screening of Applications: Candidates will be screened based on relevant experience and eligibility criteria. MFL may shortlist candidates for interview depending on the number of applications received.

3. Document Verification: Original certificates related to qualification, age, caste/community, PwBD, income, and experience to be produced at the time of interview.
4. Medical Examination: Provisionally selected candidates must undergo pre-employment medical examination from a Civil Surgeon or NABL/NABH approved laboratory.
