  • Handle plant operations, production planning, and process optimization in fertilizer manufacturing units including Ammonia and Urea complexes
  • Manage maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment in large-scale chemical and petrochemical plants
  • Oversee technical services including process engineering, safety management, and project execution for plant expansion and upgrades
  • Manage financial operations including accounting, budgeting, costing, taxation, and audit reporting in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Handle personnel and HR functions including recruitment, employee development, grievance redressal, labour relations, and welfare activities
  • Manage materials procurement, inventory control, and vendor management to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations
  • Handle legal matters including court cases, contract reviews, lease agreements, and compliance with environmental and labour laws
  • Perform corrosion monitoring, vibration analysis, NDT inspection, and quality control for plant equipment and pipelines
