Who Can Apply?

Common Requirement

• Education: You must have passed Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC).
• Trade certificate: You must have passed the relevant trade from a recognized ITI or technical institute affiliated to NCVT/DGT, New Delhi.
• Qualification date: You must have acquired the required qualification by the last date of application.

Trade-wise Qualification

• Carpentry Shop: SSLC plus pass in the Carpentry trade.
• Welding Shop: SSLC plus pass in the Welding trade.
• Smithy Shop: SSLC plus pass in the Smithy (Blacksmith) trade.
• Fitting & Sheet Metal Shop: SSLC plus pass in the Fitter / Sheet Metal trade, with experience in sheet metal fitting.
• Electrical Shop: SSLC plus pass in the Electrical trade.
• Drafting/Tracing Shop: SSLC plus pass in the Draftsmanship (Civil/Mechanical) trade.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit is 32 years as on 01 July 2026.
