Deputation Route
- Government/PSU/Autonomous officers: Deputation may be considered if absorption through composite method is not completed.
- Service condition: Officers must hold analogous posts or Superintending Engineer/equivalent posts in the Civil Engineering Department with the required pay-scale service.
Age Limit
