MANIT Bhopal Project Assistant Recruitment 2026 - Civil Engineering R&D Project

Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, has invited applications for 1 Project Assistant post in its Department of Civil Engineering. The position is for an NIUA-sponsored research project titled "Conjunctive Management of Shallow Aquifers in Bhopal City through Rainwater Harvesting-Based Recharge Structures" (Advertisement No. CED/NIUA/SAM2.0/2026/01). This is a purely temporary, contract-based position that runs for the 6-month duration of the project. Fresh B.Tech Civil Engineering graduates, as well as those with an M.Tech specialization in Water and Environment Engineering, can apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a good academic record (70% marks preferred)

Desirable (Added Advantage):

• M.Tech in Civil Engineering with specialization in Water and Environment Engineering
• Proficiency in MATLAB
• Basic knowledge of numerical modelling
• Surveying skills

Salary

• You will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 27,000 per month for this Project Assistant position.
