The Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) is hiring for 1 Assistant post in the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (KSCARD Bank). This is a special recruitment reserved for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates who already work in a member society of the bank. If you have a graduation with JDC/HDC (or B.Com with Co-operation, or B.Sc in Co-operation and Banking) and at least 3 years of service in a member society, you can apply online. Kerala PSC has published notification Category No. 065/2026 for one Assistant post in the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited. This is the Fourth NCA (backlog) notification, issued because a qualified Scheduled Tribe candidate was not available in the earlier ranked list. Only regular Scheduled Tribe employees of member societies affiliated to KSCARD Bank can apply. If no qualified ST candidate is found, applications from Scheduled Caste candidates will also be considered. The selection is made on a statewide basis, and the ranked list stays valid until the reserved vacancy is filled.

Who Can Apply?

• Service: You must have at least 3 years of regular service in any cadre of a member society affiliated to KSCARD Bank, and be in service both on the date of application and the date of appointment.
• Qualification: Graduation from a recognised University with JDC/HDC, OR B.Com with Co-operation, OR B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University.
• Community: You must belong to the Scheduled Tribe community. In the absence of ST candidates, Scheduled Caste candidates will be considered.
• Service Certificate: You must upload a Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General), Co-operative Department, showing your service details. Without it, your application will not be accepted.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 50 years old as on 1 January 2026.
• Only candidates born between 2 January 1976 and 1 January 2008 (both dates included) are eligible.
• No further age relaxation is allowed for this post.

Salary

• The pay scale for this Assistant post is Rs. 16,580 to Rs. 55,005 per month.
• You will also get Dearness Allowance and other allowances as per the rules of the bank.
• Every person appointed will be on probation for one year within a continuous period of two years.

Selection Process

The selection is made by Kerala PSC on a statewide basis:

1. Shortlisting: Applications are screened for eligibility based on community, service and qualification.
2. Written / OMR / Online Test: If a test is held as part of this selection, you must confirm your attendance through your One Time Registration profile and download the admission ticket in the last 15 days before the test.
3. Certificate Verification: Original documents proving qualification, age, community and service will be checked.
4. Ranked List: Kerala PSC publishes a ranked list, and appointment is advised against the reserved vacancy.
