JMF Recruitment 2026 — 16 Posts

JMF was formed by the Government of Jharkhand and is currently managed by National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). The federation handles milk procurement from over 60,000 farmers across Jharkhand and markets dairy products under the brand name "Medha". With an annual turnover of around Rs. 450 Crores and handling about 2.50 lakh litres per day, JMF operates ISO 22000:2005 certified plants at Hotwar (Ranchi), Deoghar, Koderma, Palamu, Sahibganj, and Sarath. This is a great opportunity to work with one of Jharkhand's most important dairy organizations.

Who Can Apply?

Deputy Manager (Productivity Enhancement) — 4 Posts

• Qualification: Graduate in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry from a recognized university
• Preferred: Full-time MBA / PG in Rural Development / MSW (Rural Management)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as Veterinary Officer in Dairy Organizations, preferably in Dairy Cooperatives / Producer Companies

Deputy Manager (Milk Procurement Operations) — 1 Post

• Qualification: B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Graduate in Veterinary Science / PG in Agriculture / PG in Rural Development / MSW / Rural Management
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in Milk Procurement operations, Institution Building and Training, preferably in Dairy Cooperatives
• Knowledge of Cooperative Act and ERP/SAP is an added advantage

Senior Manager / Manager (Sales & Marketing) — 1 Post

• Qualification: Full-time MBA in Marketing or 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in Marketing
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years as ASM/Asst. Manager in FMCG/FMCD/Telecom/Banking industry

Assistant Manager (Trade Marketing) — 1 Post

• Qualification: Masters / MBA / PGDM with specialization in Marketing
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing. Experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Building, and Sales promotion preferred

Assistant Manager (Public Relations) — 1 Post

• Qualification: PG Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication / Communication Design / PR & Advertising
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Media Management, or Digital Communication

Sales Coordinator (Sr. Executive / Executive) — 1 Post

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Sales function (MIS, Sales Report generation, Sales analysis). Working knowledge of SAP/ERP required

Senior Manager / Manager — Maintenance (Plant & Project) — 1 Post

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in EEE/ECE/Instrumentation/Dairy Engineering. M.Tech / Masters in Mechanical/Instrumentation preferred
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in Dairy industry, with at least 5 years independently handling maintenance of a medium-sized dairy plant including milk powder plant

Automation Engineer — Executive (Plant & Project) — 1 Post

• Qualification: B.Tech in Instrumentation / Automation Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in SCADA-based automation and PLC programming in Milk processing / Milk Powder Dairy Plant

Junior Executive (Finance & Accounts) — 1 Post

• Qualification: B.Com with specialization in Accounting/Finance, or Graduate with CA Inter/CMA Inter, or MBA/PGDM in Finance
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Finance and Accounts, preferably in Dairy/FMCG. ERP/SAP exposure desirable

Senior Assistant (Finance & Accounts) — 1 Post

• Qualification: B.Com from a recognized university
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in preparing/passing vouchers, BRS, Ledger Reconciliation, preferably in Dairy/FMCG

Assistant Manager (Stores) — 1 Post

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline. PG in Material Management is an advantage
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in stores/material management. Knowledge of ERP/SAP desirable

Assistant (Purchase) — 1 Post

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Purchase department in a manufacturing setup

Junior Assistant (Purchase) — 1 Post

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Purchase department in a manufacturing setup

Age Limit

• Junior Assistant (Purchase): Up to 30 years
• Junior Executive, Senior Assistant, Automation Engineer, Assistant (Purchase): Up to 35 years
• Deputy Manager (PE & MPO): Up to 40 years
• Sr. Manager/Manager, Asst. Managers, Sales Coordinator, Asst. Manager (Stores), Sr. Manager/Manager (Maintenance): Up to 45 years

Age is calculated as on 01 April 2026 (date of publishing of the advertisement).

Salary

• Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience
• Candidates may be selected in the same, lower, or higher position based on relevant experience and interview performance

• Handle day-to-day operations related to the assigned department (Finance, Sales, Plant, Stores, or Purchase)
• Manage milk procurement, processing, and quality control activities as per assigned role
