Vikasakhand Pariyojana Prabandhak (Block Project Manager)

Senior Samanyak (Senior Accountant)

• Qualification: Graduation from a recognised university, preferably in Commerce or Accounts.
• Skills: Accounting, computer knowledge, and experience in financial management preferred.

Lekhapal (Accountant)

• Qualification: Class 12 (intermediate) pass from a recognised board with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills: Basic accounting and computer knowledge.

Chhattisgarh domicile is mandatory for all posts. Candidates must submit a valid domicile certificate.

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 35 years old as on 01 January 2026.
• Age Relaxation: As per Chhattisgarh government rules (SC/ST/OBC/PwD get standard state relaxation).

Salary

• Vikasakhand Pariyojana Prabandhak (Block Project Manager): Rs. 38,874 per month (lump sum contractual pay)
• Senior Samanyak (Senior Accountant): Rs. 26,490 per month (lump sum contractual pay)
• Lekhapal (Accountant): Rs. 23,300 per month (lump sum contractual pay)
• These are contractual positions under CG Sanvida Niyukti Niyam 2012 — initial appointment for 1 year, renewable based on performance.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on merit marks only — no written exam is conducted. Marks are calculated using a weightage system:

1. Academic Merit Score: Marks from graduation, post-graduation, and other educational qualifications are converted to a score out of 100. Higher academic performance = higher merit score.
2. Weightage for Experience: Additional marks awarded for relevant work experience in rural development, SRLM/NRLM programmes, or related fields.
3. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must appear with all original documents for verification at the specified date and time.
4. Medical Examination: A medical fitness certificate from a district hospital is required after selection.
