  • All education must be in English medium
  • Subjects: English, Mathematics, Sanskrit

Sahayak Shikshak (Assistant Teacher) — Rs. 25,300/month

  • 12th pass (minimum 45%) in Science/Maths or Arts/Commerce from a recognised board + D.Ed/D.El.Ed + TET (Primary level) cleared
  • All education must be in English medium
  • Subjects: Science, Arts/Commerce/Maths

Granthapal (Librarian) — Rs. 22,400/month

  • Graduate degree (2nd class) from a recognised university + B.Lib. certificate
  • English medium qualification preferred

Bhritya (Peon) / Chaukidaar (Watchman) — Rs. 15,600/month

  • Class 8 pass (minimum 50%) — marks and grade details must be clearly mentioned in marksheet

Note: Chhattisgarh domicile is mandatory for all posts. Current teachers/employees working on similar contract posts in SEZES schools cannot apply for these posts.

Age Limit

  • You must have completed 21 years of age by 01 January 2026
  • Maximum age: 35 years as on 01 January 2026
  • SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Upper age relaxed by 5 years (max 40 years)
  • Women candidates (CG domicile): Upper age relaxed by 10 years (max 45 years) under Chhattisgarh Civil Service (Women Special Provisions) Rules 1997
  • PwD: Age relaxation as per Chhattisgarh General Administration Department norms
  • All CG residents: Additional 5 years relaxation (max 40 years)

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based entirely on academic merit — no written exam, no interview:

  1. Merit List Preparation: Marks are calculated from your academic qualifications. The weightage for each post is:
    • Vyakhyata: 12th marks (20%) + Graduation (30%) + Postgraduation (50%) = 100
    • Shikshak: 10th (20%) + 12th (30%) + Graduation (50%) = 100
    • Sahayak Shikshak: 10th (40%) + 12th (60%) = 100
    • Sahayak Shikshak (Science Lab): 10th (40%) + 12th (60%) = 100
    • Granthapal: 10th (20%) + 12th (30%) + Graduation (50%) = 100
  2. Document Verification: Top 5 candidates per post will be called for document verification
  3. Medical Fitness: After selection, you must submit a fitness certificate from the government medical board within 7 days of joining

The merit list based on the selection panel's decision is final.

  • Participate in school administrative activities and follow instructions from the school management committee
  • Follow all rules and conditions specified under Chhattisgarh Civil Service (Contract Appointment) Rules 2012
