Who Can Apply?

For Deputy Manager (1 Post):

• You need a postgraduate degree in Commerce, CA, MBA (Finance), or M.Sc Computer with at least 50% marks, plus an MS-CIT or equivalent certificate.
• You must have at least 7 years of experience in senior banking management or as a banking software/application officer. Experience in a Maharashtra State Cooperative Bank or District Central Cooperative Bank is preferred.

For Assistant Manager (1 Post):

• Same qualification as above (PG Commerce/CA/MBA Finance/M.Sc Computer, 50% marks, MS-CIT).
• You need at least 5 years of banking management or software officer experience.

For Banking Officer No. 1 (2 Posts):

• Same postgraduate qualification (50% marks) plus MS-CIT.
• You need at least 3 years of experience in banking mid-management or as a banking software/application officer.

For Banking Officer No. 2 (11 Posts):

• You need a graduate degree in any stream with 50% marks, plus MS-CIT. Preference for M.Com, B.E./B.Sc Computer, or BCA candidates.
• You need at least 2 years of junior banking management or software officer experience, or 3 years as a bank clerk.

For Clerk / Lipik (55 Posts):

• You need a graduate degree in any stream plus MS-CIT. Preference for B.Com, M.Com, B.E./B.Sc Computer, or BCA candidates. No prior experience is mandatory.

• Local language: You must know Marathi.
• Domicile: 70% of posts are reserved for candidates domiciled in Jalna district; the remaining 30% are open to outside candidates, subject to availability.

Age Limit

• Age is calculated as on 01 April 2026.
• Deputy Manager: 21 to 45 years.
• Assistant Manager: 21 to 40 years.
• Banking Officer No. 1: 21 to 40 years (Open), up to 45 years for reserved categories.
• Banking Officer No. 2 and Clerk/Lipik: 21 to 38 years (Open), up to 43 years for reserved categories.
• Age Relaxation: Ex-servicemen get 3 extra years beyond the reserved limit; PwBD and project-affected candidates can apply up to 45 years; departmental part-time graduate employees up to 55 years; sportspersons up to 43 years.

Salary

• During the 3-year probation period, you will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 7,000 (Banking Officer No. 1), Rs. 6,000 (Banking Officer No. 2), or Rs. 5,000 (Clerk/Lipik).
• After probation, you will be placed on the regular pay scale for your post plus DA, HRA and other allowances as per Jalna DCC Bank service rules.
• Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager posts carry a higher basic pay scale under the bank's own cadre structure.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in 3 stages:

1. Online Written Exam (via IBPS): You need to score at least 40% marks to qualify. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
2. Document Verification: Candidates are shortlisted for interview in a 1:3 ratio based on exam merit, post-wise and category-wise.
3. Personal Interview: Carries 10 marks. Final merit is based on combined exam and interview marks.
