ANNAM.AI focuses on using artificial intelligence in practical farming, including crop monitoring, soil and water decisions, farmer advisory tools and rural deployment. This means the roles are connected rather than isolated: agriculture specialists define field problems, engineering teams build the digital systems, media staff explain the tools, and programme and HR teams keep delivery on track.

Posts and Disciplines

• Agriculture specialists: lead, senior and junior professionals work on field research, farmer outreach, pilots and partnerships with agriculture institutions.
• System architecture and AI: architects and AI engineers design cloud, edge, data and model pipelines for farmer-facing technology.
• MERN development: lead, senior and junior developers turn the architecture and AI services into usable web and mobile products.
• Video and education media: the team covers production, camera work, hosting, content design and editing for training, documentary and agriculture question-and-answer formats.

Post-wise Duties

Agriculture Team

You will connect farmer needs with AI-enabled solutions, run field pilots, collect evidence and work with FPOs, government bodies and research partners. Senior roles shape strategy and partnerships, while junior roles support field delivery and documentation.

Technology Team

You will build secure, scalable platforms across system architecture, AI models, data pipelines and MERN applications. Lead and senior staff set standards and mentor teams; junior staff implement, test and document production features.

Media and Education Team

You will turn technical agriculture work into clear visual learning material through scripting, filming, hosting, editing and multilingual delivery. The work includes studio and field production, equipment handling and quality checks.

Programme and People Team

You will coordinate projects, stakeholders and internal operations. Programme managers may travel for farmer-facing delivery, while HR specialists support recruitment, policies, engagement and learning systems.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: each appointment starts with a two-year contract and may continue up to five years based on performance.
• Performance review: additional incentives depend on outcomes and Governing Board approval; they are not an automatic part of pay.
• Work arrangement: onsite work at ANNAM.AI is preferred, with hybrid or remote work considered role by role.
• Notice period: one month applies in the first year and two months in later years, or salary may be paid in place of notice.
