Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) is hiring a full-time Programme Manager for the Cyril Shroff-IIMA GC Leadership Academy. The Academy expects the manager to work independently, supervise project or research staff and maintain professional communication with senior people inside and outside IIMA. Familiarity with corporate governance, leadership programmes or the General Counsel ecosystem is useful because it shortens the learning curve for the Academy's subject area.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: The initial appointment is for one year.
• Extension: Continuation may be considered based on your performance and the Academy's requirements; it is not automatic.
• Travel: The Programme Manager may need to travel when Academy work requires it.
