Who Can Apply?

For all 8 Sector Expert posts (Rs. 1,00,000/month, below 50 years):

• You need a Master's degree, MBA, or PG Diploma in Management in the relevant sector (Economics/Finance, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, Social Work/Public Health, Entrepreneurship, Urban Planning, IT/Statistics, or Human Resources depending on the post), along with considerable field experience after your highest qualification.
• You need a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, with demonstrated experience leading teams, managing projects, and engaging stakeholders. Internship or training periods are not counted towards this experience.

For Monitoring & Evaluation and Data Analytics Specialist (Rs. 1,00,000/month, below 45 years):

• You need a Master's degree or higher in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Project Management. Training or certification in monitoring and evaluation methods, published papers, and good computer/IT knowledge are desirable.
• You need a minimum of 3 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation activities or programme implementation, including data collection and analysis, in a recognized government organization.

For Monitoring & Evaluation and Data Analytics Assistants (Rs. 50,000/month, below 35 years):

• You need a Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or English. Training or certification in monitoring and evaluation and good computer/IT knowledge are desirable.
• You need a minimum of 2 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation activities or programme implementation in a recognized government organization.

Age Limit

• Sector Experts (all 8 posts): you should be below 50 years of age.
• Monitoring & Evaluation and Data Analytics Specialist: you should be below 45 years of age.
• Monitoring & Evaluation and Data Analytics Assistants: you should be below 35 years of age.

Salary

• All 8 Sector Expert posts and the M&E Specialist post pay Rs. 1,00,000 per month.
• The 2 M&E Assistant posts pay Rs. 50,000 per month.
• These are consolidated monthly payments for a contractual engagement initially for 2 months, extendable based on performance and project need.
