ICSIL NDC Consultant Recruitment 2026: Overview

Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL), a joint venture of TCIL and DSIIDC, is hiring Consultants, a Hindi Consultant and Senior Consultants for deployment at the National Dental Commission (NDC), Delhi. ICSIL acts as the outsourcing agency here, so you will be on an ICSIL contract while you work for the Commission. This is a fresh walk-in round under the advertisement dated 23 October 2026 — if you already attended the NDC walk-in held on 14 and 15 October 2026, you do not need to come again.

The posts suit graduates, Hindi postgraduates, law graduates and IT professionals who have worked in or around a government office. Experience is listed as desirable, not essential, and ICSIL says it may relax it for exceptional candidates.

Posts and Disciplines

• Consultant: the general administrative role and the biggest group in this drive. A graduate degree in any subject works, and dental graduates with a BDS or MDS can also apply.
• Hindi Consultant: a single post for someone with a postgraduate degree in Hindi, ideally with experience in Official Language work.
• Senior Consultant (Legal): for LLB holders who can handle legal matters with a high level of skill.
• Senior Consultant (IT): for BE/B.Tech graduates or holders of a postgraduate degree in computers who can run IT-related services.

Post-wise Duties

Consultant

You will handle the day-to-day official work of the Commission. ICSIL wants people who already know how work moves inside a government organisation.

Hindi Consultant

You will look after Official Language compliance and implementation at the Commission, so that the office follows the government's rules on the use of Hindi.

Senior Consultant (Legal)

You will handle the legal matters that come up in the Commission's work. The notice asks for a high level of proficiency, so this role suits lawyers who have handled such files before.

Senior Consultant (IT)

You will manage the Commission's IT-related services. ICSIL asks for a very high level of proficiency, so hands-on experience matters here.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Nature of job: Purely contractual and outsourced through ICSIL for a fixed period, until the contract ends, or until regular staff join. It gives you no claim to a regular post.
• Consolidated pay: The monthly amount already includes both the employee's and the employer's PF share, so your take-home pay will be lower than the advertised figure.
• Security deduction: ICSIL keeps 15 days' salary as security, taken as half in your first month and half in your second. You get it back with savings bank interest once the client department issues a No Dues certificate and you finish your contract obligations.
• Place of work: Deployment can be anywhere in Delhi/NCR, and you may have to work in shifts or on rotation. No extra conveyance is paid.
• No TA/DA: You travel to the interview and document check at your own cost.
• Shortlisting is not a guarantee: ICSIL may not deploy every shortlisted candidate, and the interview panel's decision is final.
• Name match: Your name in the form must match your Class 10 certificate, PAN card and Aadhaar card. If you changed your name later, carry proof of the change.
• Canvassing: Any attempt to influence selection, through recommendations, middlemen or political contacts, leads to immediate disqualification and can hurt your chances in future ICSIL drives.

This is a walk-in interview, but you cannot simply turn up. First register online on the ICSIL website and pay the one-time registration fee at least one day before your walk-in day — ICSIL will not take responsibility for late fee updates. Print the fee receipt from your Manage Profile page and carry it with you.

The walk-in takes place at ICSIL, Administrative Building, 1st Floor, Above Post Office, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III, New Delhi-110020, between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM. Consultant and Hindi Consultant candidates attend on Tuesday, 3 November 2026; Senior Consultant (Legal and IT) candidates attend on Wednesday, 4 November 2026.
