ICMR-National Institute for Research in Digital Health (ICMR-NIRDH), New Delhi has released a project notice for 1 UR Consultant (Epidemiology) post under the project HIV Surveillance and Epidemiology. The role is purely temporary and contractual, with engagement mentioned up to 31 March 2027 and linked to the project. Educational Qualification

• Preferred experience: Experience under NACP at national or state level is preferred.

Useful Skills

• Writing skills: Scientific paper writing, systematic review writing, and report writing are desirable.
• Research profile: Publications in peer-reviewed journals are desirable.
• Data skills: Working knowledge of biostatistics, statistical packages, Microsoft Office, and especially Microsoft Excel is desirable.
• Service restriction: People already in regular service under Central Government, State Government, autonomous bodies, departments, or PSUs are not allowed to apply.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 45 years.
• The cut-off date for age is the last date of online application, 12 June 2026.
• Age relaxation will be given as per ICMR guidelines.

Salary

• The Consultant (Epidemiology) post carries consolidated pay of Rs. 1,20,900 per month.
• This is a project contract salary, not a regular pay matrix post.
