Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, has released Advertisement No. HR/CONTRACT/2026/01 for the engagement of 2 specialists on contractual basis. The initial contract is for 3 years, extendable by another 2 years based on performance. This is a senior leadership opportunity in a premier NBFC with an AAA credit rating and a loan book of over Rs. 1,55,000 crore.

Who Can Apply?

For Chief Information Security Officer (CISO):

• Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Network and Information Security / IoT / Software Engineering / Mathematics and Computing / System / Computer Application, OR MCA, OR PG Degree in Computer Science / IT / System with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
• Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCISO, CISA, CGEIT, ISO Lead Auditor (27001), CRISC, or any globally recognised cyber security certifications
• Preference: Prior experience in BFSI Sector is preferred

For Asset Development Specialist:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks
• Desirable: MBA / 2-year PG Diploma in Finance, OR Master's in Construction Management / Construction Technology
• Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, FIDIC Certified Contract Manager, MRICS, Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), or any globally recognised construction / project / asset management certifications

Experience (both posts):

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience
• Candidates from CPSEs / Public Sector Banks / Government must have at least 1 year experience in E-6 (Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 IDA scale) or equivalent pay scale as on 01.05.2026 in substantive capacity
• Candidates from private sector or non-CDA/IDA pay scales need at least Rs. 34.09 lakh CTC in the preceding year
• Teaching / sabbatical experience will not be considered

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 45 years as on 01.05.2026
• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply

Salary

• Total CTC: Rs. 54,00,000 per annum (Rs. 4.5 lakh per month approx.)
• Total Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 43,20,000 per annum
• Variable Pay: Rs. 10,80,000 per annum (released after 1 year based on performance)
• Monthly Fixed Pay Break-up: Basic Pay Rs. 1,80,000 + HRA Rs. 54,000 + Allowances Rs. 93,246 + Employer PF Rs. 21,600 = Rs. 3,48,846 per month
• Annual increment up to 5% based on annual performance review
• TA/DA at par with General Manager (E-7) of HUDCO for official travel
• 12 Casual Leave per calendar year (pro-rata basis)

Selection Process

Selection is through personal interview only — there is no written examination.

2. Personal Interview: The date and time will be intimated separately to shortlisted candidates only.
3. Document Verification: Original documents will be verified at the time of interview.

Shortlisted candidates will be reimbursed I AC Rail fare / Economy Air Fare (whichever is lower) for the interview.

• CISO: Ensure compliance with CERT-In, MeitY, RBI/SEBI guidelines, DPDP Act and IT Act
• Asset Development Specialist: Lead end-to-end construction project execution from DPR to commissioning
• Asset Development Specialist: Design strategic initiatives to unlock value from land and property assets through monetisation
• Asset Development Specialist: Manage tendering, bid evaluation and contract administration as per CVC/GFR guidelines and GeM requirements
