Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has released Advertisement No. HPCL/OPEN/HR/3/2025-26 for recruitment of 731 posts. Educational Qualification

• Junior Executive posts: Diploma in relevant engineering branch
• Engineer posts: B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering branch
• Officer posts: CA/CMA/MBA depending on the discipline

Minimum marks needed: 65% for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Age Limit

Age limit ranges from 25 to 47 years depending on the post (as on 25 March 2026). Age relaxation for reserved categories is available as per government rules.
