• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience after PG in the concerned specialty.

Part Time Specialist

• Qualification: PG Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty with Medical Council registration.
• Experience: PG Degree candidates need 3 years experience; PG Diploma candidates need 5 years experience in the concerned specialty.
• Accident and Emergency: PG in Emergency Medicine, or PG/Diploma in Medicine, Surgery, Anesthesia or Orthopedics is accepted.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 67 years as on the date of interview.

Salary

• Junior Specialist: Pay Level 11 with basic pay of Rs. 67,700; total shown in the notice is Rs. 1,49,284 per month.
• Senior Specialist: Pay Level 12 with basic pay of Rs. 78,800; total shown in the notice is Rs. 1,72,816 per month.
• Part Time Specialist: Fixed pay of Rs. 60,000 for 16 hours per week, plus Rs. 15,000 for emergency calls and Rs. 800 per hour for justified additional hours.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

ESIC will select doctors through a walk-in interview. The official notice does not mention any written test for Specialist hiring.
