Employees' State Insurance Corporation Hospital, Adityapur, under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, has issued a notice dated 24 June 2026 for Senior Resident posts at Saldih Basti, Adityapur, Saraikela-Kharsawan, Jharkhand. The recruitment is for hospital departments such as Anesthesiology, Medicine, OBG, Pediatrics, Surgery and Radiology. • Registration: You should have valid MCI/State Medical Council registration.
• Preference: ESIC will prefer candidates with a PG Degree or Diploma in the relevant department.

Age Limit

• Maximum age should not exceed 45 years as on the date of interview.
• Age Relaxation: SC, ST and OBC candidates get relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Pay Level: Level 11 with basic pay of Rs. 67,700 per month.
• Monthly pay shown in notice: Basic Pay Rs. 67,700 + NPA Rs. 13,540 + DA Rs. 48,744 + HRA Rs. 13,540 + TA/DA on TA Rs. 5,760 = Rs. 1,49,284.
• Allowances: NPA, DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as per ESIC rules. DA may increase in January and July.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is through a walk-in interview. The notice does not mention any written test for these Senior Resident posts.

1. Walk-in Registration: Report at ESIC Hospital Adityapur between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM.

6. Reach before 10:30 AM on 06 July 2026, because late reporting will not be accepted.

• Guide junior clinical staff and coordinate with nursing teams
• Follow ESIC hospital protocols, infection-control rules and ethical practice standards
