Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, has announced 37 Senior Resident vacancies at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad, NIT-3. The posts are in super-speciality departments such as Medical Oncology, Neurosurgery, Critical Care Medicine, Cardiology, Nephrology and Gastroenterology. Who Can Apply?

• Super-speciality qualification: For super-speciality Senior Resident posts, you should have MCh/DM/DrNB/FNB in the concerned specialty as per NMC/MCI rules.
• Parent specialty route: If super-speciality doctors are not available, ESIC may consider Senior Residents from the concerned parent broad specialty.
• Medical registration: Updated NMC/State Medical Council registration with post-MBBS and post-PG qualification details is required.
• NOC: Doctors working in Government, autonomous or statutory institutions should carry No Objection Certificate or proof that they have applied for it.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 45 years as on 09 June 2026, the walk-in interview date.
• Reservation and age relaxation follow Government of India guidelines issued from time to time.
• Age, qualification and other eligibility conditions are checked as on the date of the walk-in interview.

Salary

• Consolidated salary: Rs. 1,48,669 per month as on the date of advertisement.
• The pay follows ESIC Headquarters Office Memorandum No. Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08 December 2022 and later ESIC orders.
• Hostel or quarter accommodation may be provided if available, but it is not a right. If accommodation is used, HRA is not paid and licence fee deductions apply.

Application Fee

• SC/ST, ESIC regular employees, female candidates and PH candidates: No fee.
• All other categories: Rs. 500.
• Payment is through Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund A/c No. 1, payable at Faridabad.
• If selected, you must also submit a Rs. 20,000 security deposit by Demand Draft payable to ESI Fund A/c No. 1 at Faridabad.

Selection Process

ESIC Faridabad selection has no written exam in the notice. It is handled through the following steps:

1. Offline application at venue: Bring the completed application form and self-attested documents on 09 June 2026.
2. Document verification: Report between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM at Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & Hospital Faridabad.
3. Interview: Only candidates whose documents are verified can appear before the Interview Board.
4. Final selection: ESIC considers academic credentials and interview performance. Results are published in the recruitment section of esic.gov.in, and offer letters are sent by email.
