Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract term: The engagement runs for one year to begin with and can be extended up to three years, subject to approval and satisfactory performance.
• Termination: Service can be ended at any time in public interest. If you resign, the college needs a month's notice or a month's salary in its place.
• No service benefits: The contract carries no entitlement to provident fund, pension, gratuity or similar service benefits.
• Down-gradation option: If no suitable candidate appears for a higher post, a candidate eligible for the lower post may be interviewed against it and appointed to the lower post, on the selection board's recommendation.
• Practice and attendance: Private practice is not allowed, and attendance is marked through the biometric system.
• Accommodation: Hostel rooms or quarters are given only subject to availability.
• Security deposit: A refundable deposit applies to each of the three posts, returned once the contract ends and a No Dues Certificate is submitted. It is forfeited if you resign within six months, except in exceptional circumstances.
• No TA or DA: The college pays nothing towards travel for the interview, and the Dean keeps the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment.

This is a walk-in interview, not an online application. Fill the offline application form attached with the advertisement, attach self-attested copies of your documents, and report to the Examination Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Faridabad. Reporting is open between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the interview day, and only candidates whose papers are verified are allowed into the interview.

A separate application is needed for each post you want to be considered for, so a doctor eligible for two levels has to carry two complete sets.
