Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract only: The appointment gives no right or preference for a regular appointment in ESIC, and the selection board's decision on all aspects of selection is final.
• No service benefits: No claim is admissible for provident fund, pension, gratuity, medical allowance, seniority, promotion or leave.
• Leave: Off days and earned leave are worked out on a pro rata basis of two days for every month served.
