Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Medical College & Hospital, Alwar, Rajasthan has released Advertisement No. 03/2026 dated 06 April 2026 for the recruitment of Teaching Faculty (1 Year contract) and Senior Residents (3 Year contract) on a contractual basis. This is a rolling advertisement — unfilled vacancies will be carried forward and fresh interviews will be conducted every Wednesday if needed. The positions cover multiple medical specialties across Pre-Clinical, Para-Clinical, Clinical, and Super Specialty departments. No written exam — selection is through walk-in interview only.

Who Can Apply?

For Teaching Faculty (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor)

• Qualification: As per NMC (National Medical Commission) Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations, 2025 for the concerned specialty
• Registration: You must be registered with MCI/NMC or any State Medical Council
• Experience: As prescribed by NMC for each level — Professor needs more teaching experience than Associate/Assistant Professor

For Senior Resident (3 Years)

• Qualification: You need a PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB) or PG Diploma in the relevant specialty from a recognized university/institute
• Registration: Must be registered with MCI/NMC or any State Medical Council

Age Limit

• Teaching Faculty (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor): Maximum 69 years
• Senior Resident: Maximum 45 years
• SC/ST: 5 years age relaxation
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years age relaxation

Salary

• Professor: Rs. 2,39,086 per month (consolidated)
• Associate Professor: Rs. 1,55,093 per month (consolidated)
• Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,34,047 per month (consolidated)
• Senior Resident: Rs. 1,34,047 per month (Level-11 + NPA, consolidated)
• No private practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC

3. Merit-based selection: Based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance
