Who Can Apply?

Dental Hygienist / Dental Assistant / Dental Technician

• Armed Forces route: Diploma in Dental Hygiene or Class-I DH/DORA course, with at least 5 years of Dental Laboratory experience.
• Civil qualification route: Pass 10+2 with Science from a recognized board or institution and hold a two-year Diploma in Dental Hygiene or Dental Mechanic.
• Registration: The civil dental diploma must be registered with the Central Government, State Government or Dental Council of India.
• Experience through the civil route: At least 3 years of Dental Laboratory experience.

Safaiwala

• Qualification: You should be literate.
• Experience: At least 5 years of service is required.

Driver

• Qualification: Class 8/Class I MT Driver background from the Armed Forces.
• Driving licence: You must hold a valid civil driving licence.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Driver.

Age Limit

• Dental appointment: Maximum age is 58 years.
• Safaiwala: Maximum age is 55 years.
• Driver: Maximum age is 55 years.

Salary

• Dental Hygienist / Dental Assistant / Dental Technician: Rs. 36,500 per month.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

ECHS will first check whether your application meets the post-specific qualification, experience and medical-fitness requirements. The interview date, time and venue will be sent later by email or call letter.

1. Application Scrutiny: The ECHS Cell checks the form, supporting certificates, experience proof and medical fitness certificate.
2. Interview: Shortlisted applicants attend the interview on the date communicated by ECHS. No written examination is listed.
3. Original Document Verification: Bring your original education and experience records, identity proof and applicable ex-servicemen documents to the interview.

ECHS will not pay TA/DA for attending the interview. Only applicants who meet the stated qualitative requirements should apply, and incomplete or late applications may be left out of the process.

Your interview file should contain the original mark sheets for Class 8, Class 10, Class 12, graduation or post-graduation, whichever applies to your post. Also carry original experience certificates, one passport-size colour photograph and Aadhaar Card. Ex-servicemen must additionally bring their Discharge Book, PPO and Service Record. Keeping the papers in the same order as their self-attested copies will make the verification process easier.
