• Added advantage: A medical degree will be useful for this post.
• Experience: At least 3 years in administration of large public sector programmes, preferably health projects.
• Health insurance exposure: Preferably at least 2 years in health insurance or TPA management.

Medical Management, Quality and Claim Management Post

• Qualification: MBBS, BDS, BAMS or BHMS from a recognised university.
• Additional qualification: MBA in Hospital Management.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience related to healthcare insurance.

Experience Fit by Post

• Operations / M&E / Policy: The strongest profile is someone with public sector programme administration experience, preferably in a health project.
• Health insurance / TPA exposure: The notice prefers at least 2 years in managing health insurance or TPA-related work for the first post.
• Medical Management / Claim Management: The second post is meant for medical graduates with MBA Hospital Management and healthcare insurance experience.
• Document strength: Experience certificates should clearly show your designation, organisation, duration and nature of duties because the application form asks for these details.

Age Limit

• For both posts, age should be not exceeding 45 years.
