District Legal Services Authority, Akola has released a notice to fill 1 vacant Driver post in its office on a contract basis. DLSA Akola functions under the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and provides free legal aid and court-related support to the public in Akola district, Maharashtra. This is a temporary engagement for 11 months and does not carry government servant status. If you have basic education, a valid driving license, and hands-on driving experience, this is a straightforward opportunity to work with the district judiciary system, driving officials and staff of the Authority for official duties.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You should have passed at least 10th standard (SSC).
• License: You must hold a valid Motor Vehicle/LMV driving license.
• Experience: You need a minimum of 3 years of vehicle driving experience.
• Fitness: You should be physically fit and healthy.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic repair will be given preference over other candidates.

DLSA Akola will screen your application first, so make sure your driving license and experience certificate are valid and up to date before you apply. Since only 1 post is available, competition is expected to be limited to candidates from in and around Akola district.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written exam for this post. Selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Application Screening: DLSA Akola checks your documents and eligibility.
2. Driving Skill Test: Shortlisted candidates are tested on their vehicle driving skills.
3. Interview: A personal interview is conducted for eligible candidates.

The decision of the District Committee will be final.
