Who Can Apply?

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 40 years old as on 01 January 2026.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidates (up to 45 years), 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates (up to 43 years), 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (up to 50 years), and 2 years for Ex-Servicemen (up to 42 years).

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 52,000 per month (Pay Band-1) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900.
• You will also get other allowances as admissible under the Assam Services (Revision of Pay) Rules, 2017.

Selection Process

The selection will be done through:

1. Viva-Voce Interview: This is the only stage — there is no written examination.
