The District & Sessions Judge, Dima Hasao, Haflong has released an advertisement inviting applications for 1 Unreserved category Driver post in its office. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have passed HSLC (Class 10) or an equivalent examination.

• Citizenship: You must be an Indian Citizen as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
• Registration: You must be registered with an Employment Exchange, and you need to mention your registration number and date in the application.
• Category: This post is open to the Unreserved category.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection will be done in 2 stages:

1. Stage I - Driving Test: 50 marks.
2. Stage II - Interview / Viva-voce: 50 marks.

No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the driving test or interview. The accepted and rejected candidate lists, along with the date, time and place of the driving test and interview, will be uploaded on the official website of Dima Hasao District Judiciary (dimahasao.dcourts.gov.in) and put up on the office notice board — no separate call letter or admit card will be sent, so you need to check the website and notice board regularly. Keep in mind that the Selection Board reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or any of its terms and conditions without prior notice, so stay updated through the official channels.

How to Apply

1. Download or prepare the Standard Application Form (Part IX of the Assam Gazette).
2. Fill in all details carefully, including your Employment Exchange registration number and contact details (mobile number and e-mail address).
3. Attach self-attested photocopies of your HSLC certificate, age proof, LMV driving license, Employment Exchange registration card, caste certificate (if applicable) and experience certificate (if applicable).
4. Attach 3 recent passport-size photographs signed on the back.
