The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Gurugram has invited applications for 36 Peon/Additional Peon posts on a purely ad-hoc basis. The initial appointment is for six months or until regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier. The advertisement was published in newspapers “The Statesman” and “Dainik Jagran (Hindi)” on 04 February 2026. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have passed Middle Standard Examination (8th Class) from a recognised board.
• Language: Knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi is mandatory.
• Domicile: Reservation benefits are available only to bonafide domiciles/residents of Haryana as per Government of Haryana rules.

Age Limit

• You must be between 18 and 42 years of age as on 01 January 2026.
• Age Relaxation: Upper age limit for SC, BC and other reserved categories is relaxable as per Haryana Government rules.

• Consolidated pay: Rs. 16,900 per month

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done in the following stages:

1. Personal Interview: Eligible candidates are called to the Judicial Court Complex, Main Building, Gate No. 3, near Rajeev Chowk, Sohna Road, Gurugram. Report at 11:30 AM; interview starts from 2:00 PM. No separate call letters are issued — candidates must check the official website for their roll number and date. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.
2. Document Verification: Bring original certificates for education, age, caste/reservation, and photo identity proof, along with one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of interview.

How to Apply

2. Fill in all the details clearly. Do not leave any mandatory field blank.
3. Attach one latest passport-size coloured photograph (self-attested or attested by a Gazetted Officer) in the given space.
4. Attach self-attested photocopies of your educational certificate, age proof, category/caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate (if any), and PwBD disability certificate (if claiming PwBD reservation).
5. Submit the completed application by post or in person to: District and Sessions Judge, Near Mini Secretariat, Sohna Road, Sector 11, Rajiv Chowk, Gurugram, Haryana — 122001.
6. Make sure your application reaches the office by the last date. Applications received after the due date will be rejected outright.
