Who Can Apply?

Technical Officer (Pre-process)

• Service: Central Government officers holding analogous posts or meeting the regular service requirements listed in the circular.
• Qualification: Degree in Science from a recognised university or equivalent.
• Technical qualification: Diploma in Computer or Printing Technology from a recognised institution or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years experience in computer operations for printing purposes.

Data Entry Operator Grade B

• Service: Central Government officers holding analogous posts or meeting the Pay Band/Grade Pay service conditions in the circular.
• Qualification: Degree from a recognised university or equivalent.
• Typing/Data entry: Speed of at least 8000 key depressions per hour for data entry work.
• Preference: Knowledge of computer keyboard operation in both Hindi and English.

Age Limit

• Maximum age for deputation appointment is 56 years.
• Age is counted as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

Salary

• Technical Officer (Pre-process): Pay Matrix Level 7, Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month.
• Data Entry Operator Grade B: Pay Matrix Level 5, Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300 per month.
• Allowances will be as per Central Government rules for the applicable deputation/absorption appointment.

Selection Process

The circular does not announce a written exam for these deputation posts.

1. Application scrutiny: DEA will check eligibility, service record, qualifications and experience.
2. Trade test for DEO: Data Entry Operator candidates must qualify the required trade test.
3. Document and clearance check: CR dossiers, vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, penalty statement and cadre clearance are required.
4. Final selection: Selection will follow deputation/deputation-absorption rules and departmental assessment.

2. Apply through the proper channel in duplicate.
3. Attach up-to-date CR dossiers or duly attested photocopies, vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, penalty statement and cadre clearance.

5. Send it to the Under Secretary, Admin VI, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Kartavya Bhawan, New Delhi as stated in the circular.
