The Centre for Management Development (CMD) is an autonomous institution under the Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Kerala. It has released a notification to fill 2 Senior Project Engineer posts on a contract basis. CMD provides research, consulting and training support to development agencies, the corporate sector and the government. This is a short-term contract role for experienced civil engineers who want to work on government and PSU projects in Kerala.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a Graduation (Bachelor's degree) in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
• Experience: You need a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering works.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit is 45 years.

Salary

• You will get a monthly salary of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000.
• The exact salary is fixed based on your relevant experience, suitability, and the specific project you are assigned to by CMD.

Selection Process

Selection will be done in these stages:

1. Shortlisting: Applications are checked against the qualification and experience needed.
2. Proficiency Test / Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for a proficiency test and interview. Call letters are sent to your registered email ID.
3. Document Verification: Your original certificates are checked. Note that appointment letters, salary certificates, or pay slips are not accepted in place of a work experience certificate.

CMD will prepare a rank list that stays valid for one year from the date of notification. CMD may use the same rank list to fill similar posts for emergency project needs.
