Certification Engineers International Limited (CEIL), a Government of India undertaking and wholly owned subsidiary of Engineers India Limited, has released a regular recruitment notice for Finance and Accounts posts. The posts are for DGM/AGM (F&A), Deputy Manager (F&A), and Officer (F&A). This is a regular appointment, with a one-year probation period after selection. Who Can Apply?
DGM/AGM (F&A)
- Qualification: Full-time graduate with at least 55% marks plus Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 22 years post-qualification experience for DGM or 18 years for AGM.
- Work area: Finance and Accounts work including accounting, budgetary control, internal audit, statutory audit, GST audit, CAG audit, taxation, and liaison work.
Deputy Manager and Officer (F&A)
- Qualification: Full-time graduate with at least 60% marks plus CA or CMA qualification.
- Deputy Manager experience: Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in F&A, Ind-AS, accounts finalisation, audit, taxation, payments, liaison, and proposal vetting.
- Officer experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in similar Finance and Accounts work.
- Experience count: Post-qualification experience will be counted from the date of acquiring CA/CMA. Training period will not be counted.
Age Limit
- DGM (F&A): Maximum 50 years.
- AGM (F&A): Maximum 47 years.
- Deputy Manager (F&A): Maximum 35 years.
- Officer (F&A): Maximum 30 years.
- Reference date: Age and experience are counted as on 30 April 2026.
- Relaxation: SC, ST, OBC, PwD, EWS, and Ex-Servicemen relaxation will be as per Government of India rules. PwD candidates with 40% or more disability get 10 years upper-age relaxation.
Salary
- DGM (F&A): Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 (IDA 2017), approx. annual CTC Rs. 35.21 lakh.
- AGM (F&A): Rs. 80,000-2,20,000 (IDA 2017), approx. annual CTC Rs. 31.36 lakh.
- Deputy Manager (F&A): Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 (IDA 2017), approx. annual CTC Rs. 19.66 lakh.
- Officer (F&A): Rs. 30,000-1,20,000 (IDA 2017), approx. annual CTC Rs. 11.96 lakh.
- Benefits: Selected applicants will be placed at minimum basic pay and will get IDA, HRA or company accommodation where available, leave, medical facilities, CPF, gratuity, NPS, group personal accident insurance, PRP, and other benefits as per company rules.
- Travel for interview: Shortlisted applicants called for interview will get II-AC return rail fare by the shortest route, subject to the notice conditions and production of journey proof.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Full-time graduate from a recognised university with CA from ICAI or CMA from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. DGM/AGM needs minimum 55% marks in graduation; Deputy Manager and Officer need minimum 60% marks.
