This notice is for empanelment of experienced consultants for oil and gas, HSE audits, railways, offshore work, shop/vendor inspection, special services, marine operations, and subject matter expert roles. Who Can Apply?

Consultant Engineers for Technical Services

• Senior Level: Degree holders need 20 years, diploma/industrial engineering/safety-qualified professionals need 22 years, and science graduates with relevant additional qualification need 25 years.
• Middle Level: Degree holders need 14 years, diploma/industrial engineering/safety-qualified professionals need 16 years, and science graduates with relevant additional qualification need 19 years.
• Junior Level: Degree holders need 7 years, diploma/industrial engineering/safety-qualified professionals need 9 years, and science graduates with relevant additional qualification need 12 years.
• Shop/Vendor Inspection: Graduate engineers need 10 years, while diploma/industrial engineering/safety-qualified professionals need 15 years.
• Special Services: Graduate engineers need 10 years plus project-specific certifications such as CSWIP 3.1/3.2, B Gas, NACE, CP, NDT Level-III, Authorised Inspector, or similar certification.

Marine and Specialist Roles

• Deck Officer: You need a Second Mate FG/NCV certificate or equivalent approved by DG Shipping, 2 years independent watch-keeping experience, valid Indian CDC, and valid STCW certificates.
• Naval Architect: You need a degree in Naval Architecture and at least 1 year experience in intact stability analysis and mooring analysis of vessels or barges.
• Master Mariner: You need a Master FG/NCV certificate, at least 1 year as Master on an ocean-going/offshore vessel, and knowledge of offshore barge or vessel operations.
• Subject Matter Expert/Specialist: You need a Bachelor of Engineering, at least 15 years specialised experience, and recognised professional certification, published technical work, or a specialised skill set.
• Green Energy Experts: ISO 14064-1/2/3 certification is preferred, and experts hired without it may need to complete it before joining.

Age Limit

• Consultant Engineers and most specialist roles: Maximum 65 years.
• Deck Officer: Age should be less than 60 years.
• Special concession: Specialists in Nuclear, Green Energy, or Renewable Energy sectors may be considered up to 75 years under special project needs.

Salary

• Payment basis: CEIL will pay consultancy fees on a per diem basis as per company-approved rates for each category.
