Selection Process

The entire selection hinges on a Computer Based Test (CBT) scheduled for 29 March 2026. There is no interview round, so your exam score is what matters most. After clearing the CBT, shortlisted candidates go through document verification and a medical examination before final appointment.

Preparation Tips

1. Focus on the Technical section -- it carries 80% weightage (160 out of 200 questions). For Telecom candidates, revise core engineering subjects thoroughly. For Finance candidates, brush up on accounting standards, auditing, and cost management.
2. Don't neglect General Aptitude -- the 40-question aptitude section is your qualifying gateway. You need at least 40% in each part to be considered.
3. Practice time management -- with 200 questions in 180 minutes, you get under a minute per question. Prioritize accuracy since there is 0.25 negative marking for wrong answers.
4. Aim for 50% overall -- the combined qualifying cutoff is 50% across both parts. Target well above this to stay competitive.
