Who Can Apply?

Chief General Manager - Finance

• Qualification: You need CA/CMA or a two-year full-time first-class MBA in Finance with Finance as a core subject.
• Experience: You need 21 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing, with at least 5 years at senior management level in the last 10 years.
• Useful background: Experience in Ind AS financial statements, budgeting, MIS, taxation, GST, treasury, working capital, controls, audits, banks, and regulatory matters is preferred.

General Manager - Finance

• Qualification: You need CA/CMA or a two-year full-time first-class MBA in Finance with Finance as a core subject.
• Experience: You need 19 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing, with at least 5 years at mid-management level in the last 10 years.
• Useful background: Experience in costing, budgeting, MIS, taxation, treasury, ERP finance systems, project costing, and team leadership is useful.

Deputy General Manager - Company Secretary

• Qualification: You need to be a qualified and practicing Company Secretary with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Experience: You need 16 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in large listed corporates.
• Preferred qualification: A graduate degree in Law or MBA will be an added advantage.

Age Limit

• Chief General Manager - Finance: Upper age limit is 51 years.
• General Manager - Finance: Upper age limit is 48 years.
• Deputy General Manager - Company Secretary: Upper age limit is 45 years.
• Age reference date: Age, qualification, and experience are counted as on 26 June 2026.
• Age relaxation: SC/ST get 5 years, OBC-NCL get 3 years, and PwD candidates get an additional 10 years as per Government of India rules.
• Experience-based relaxation: Extra post-qualification experience may relax age, but the relaxed maximum age cannot exceed 57 years.

Salary

• Chief General Manager - Finance: Grade IX pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 2,80,000 per month.
• General Manager - Finance: Grade VIII pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 2,60,000 per month.
• Deputy General Manager - Company Secretary: Grade VII pay scale of Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 2,40,000 per month.
• Allowances: Selected candidates will also get variable DA, cafeteria perks and allowances, company accommodation or HRA, provident fund, gratuity, PRP, and other benefits as per BEML rules.
