BEL Machilipatnam is hiring Graduate Apprentices (Engineering), Graduate (General) Apprentices (B.Com), and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices for a one-year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act 1961. If you hold a BE/B.Tech, B.Com, or Diploma in a relevant discipline (completed on or after 01 July 2023), you can walk in for the written test. The walk-in test is on 28 April 2026 at Lady Ampthil Government Junior College, Machilipatnam. Monthly stipend ranges from Rs. 12,500 to Rs. 17,500.

BEL Machilipatnam Apprentice Recruitment 2026 — Walk-in Test

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Machilipatnam — a Navratna Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence — is conducting a Walk-in Test for Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices. Recruitment is under Advertisement No. BEL/MC/01/2026-27. No online application is needed — you simply register on the NATS portal and attend the walk-in test on 28 April 2026. Engineers, commerce graduates, and diploma holders from the 2023 batch onwards are eligible to apply.

• Graduate Apprentices (General): B.Com — Reporting at 11:15 AM
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Electronics, Civil, Mechanical — Reporting at 11:15 AM

Who Can Apply?

Graduate Apprentices (Engineering)

• Pass class in BE / B.Tech in the relevant discipline (Electronics / Computer Science / Electrical / Mechanical)
• Degree completed on or after 01 July 2023

Graduate Apprentices (General)

• Pass class in B.Com
• Degree completed on or after 01 July 2023

Technician (Diploma) Apprentices

• Pass class in Diploma in the relevant discipline (Electronics / Civil / Mechanical)
• Diploma completed on or after 01 July 2023

Only Indian Nationals are eligible to attend the walk-in test.

Candidates must register on the NATS 2.0 portal at nats.education.gov.in before attending the walk-in test.

Stipend

• Graduate Apprentices (Engineering): Rs. 17,500 per month
• Graduate Apprentices (General — B.Com): Rs. 12,500 per month
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Rs. 12,500 per month

Stipend is paid monthly as per Government norms. No TA/DA is paid for attending the walk-in test.

Selection Process

Selection is through a Written Test only:

1. Written Test: Question paper based on the basic subjects of the respective discipline. No TA/DA for attending the test.
2. Document Verification: Mandatory documents must be produced at the test venue without which you will not be allowed to appear.

How to Apply

1. Register on the NATS 2.0 portal at nats.education.gov.in before the walk-in date.
2. Click 'Student' tab → 'Student Register' and complete e-KYC verification.
3. Fill in all required details (Basic, Education, Communication, Training preference, Bank details) and submit.
4. Take a printout of the Registration form.
5. Attend the Walk-in Test on 28 April 2026 at Lady Ampthil Government Junior College, Ramanaidupeta, Machilipatnam – 521001 with all mandatory documents.
6. Report at the specified reporting time for your category:
   — Graduate Apprentices (Electronics/CS/Electrical): 08:45 AM
   — Graduate Apprentices (Mechanical): 10:00 AM
   — Graduate Apprentices (General/B.Com) and Diploma Apprentices: 11:15 AM

• Assist engineers and technical staff in day-to-day production and testing activities
• Learn and apply discipline-specific technical skills under supervision of senior professionals
• Maintain records, logs, and documentation as assigned by the department
• Follow safety rules, quality standards, and factory regulations at all times
• Support testing, calibration, and quality control activities in the assigned section
• Participate in technical training sessions and complete apprenticeship requirements under the Apprentices Act 1961
