Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Qualification: You need at least Second Class or 45% marks in M.Sc. Geology, M.Sc. Applied Geology, M.Sc. Tech Applied Geology, M.Tech Applied Geology, or Integrated M.Sc. Tech Applied Geology.
• Recognised institution: Your degree must be from a university or institution recognised by the Government.
• Documents: You should upload all semester or year-wise marksheets and the final pass certificate.

Domicile and Citizenship

• Citizenship: You must be an Indian citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
• Assam residency: You must be a permanent resident of Assam.
• Residency proof: You can upload a Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for education purpose or an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
• Small Family Norms: You need to submit the Form-A declaration for Assam Small Family Norms while applying.

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 38 years old as on 01 January 2026.
• SC/ST age relaxation: 5 years, up to 43 years.
• OBC/MOBC age relaxation: 3 years, up to 41 years.

Salary

Selection Process
