Who Can Apply?

Administrative Staff

• Administrative Supervisor: Retired JCO/Hony Rank with administrative experience; age below 55 years (57 for ex-servicemen); security course qualified; computer savvy
• Head Clerk: Minimum Graduate (civilian) or ex-servicemen of clerk category up to age 55; 5-10 years experience in office management; computer proficient (MS Office)
• Accountant: Commerce Graduate or 15 years service as clerk in Defence Services; knowledge of double entry accounting, Excel, Tally; minimum 5 years experience as accounts clerk
• UDC / Account Clerk: B.Com or 15 years service as clerk (ex-servicemen); computer literate (MS Office, Tally); 5 years experience in clerical/accounts role
• LDC: Graduate or 10 years experience as clerk; computer literate; MS Office knowledge; basic accounting knowledge
• Receptionist: Graduate or 10 years experience; computer literate; MS Office proficiency; basic accounting knowledge
• Driver: 10th pass with valid driving licence and experience; ex-servicemen preferred

Non-Teaching Staff

• Para Medics (Infirmary Nurse): 10+2 with Diploma in Nursing; minimum 5 years experience; female candidate preferred
• Computer Lab Technician: 10+2 with 1-year Diploma in Computer Science; knowledge of Hardware, Peripheral and Networking
• Science Lab Attendant: 10+2 with Science; computer literate

Preference is given to ex-servicemen for all administrative staff posts.

Age Limit

• Fresh candidates (no relevant experience): Below 40 years as on 01 April 2026
• Experienced candidates (minimum 5 years relevant experience in last 10 years): 40 to 55 years as on 01 April 2026
• Administrative Supervisor (Ex-servicemen): Up to 57 years
• Head Clerk (Ex-servicemen): Up to 55 years

Salary

• Salary is as per AWES (Army Welfare Education Society) norms

Selection Process

Selection is based on qualification, experience, and merit:
