ANIIDCO Multi-Post Recruitment 2026 - 4 Posts

The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited (ANIIDCO) has invited applications to engage 4 experts/consultants on a contract basis to assist ANIIDCO and the Andaman & Nicobar Administration in implementing Government of India infrastructure projects. The engagement covers 1 Resident Engineer-cum-Co-Ordinator post at Campbell Bay, 2 Surveyor-cum-GIS Expert posts (one each at Sri Vijaya Puram and Campbell Bay), and 1 Consultant (Project Monitoring & Follow-up) post reserved for retired government servants. The initial engagement is for one year, and candidates posted at Campbell Bay also get a 20% Hard Area Allowance. ANIIDCO reserves the right to change the number of positions and to withdraw or cancel the selection process at any stage.

Who Can Apply?

Resident Engineer-cum-Co-Ordinator (Campbell Bay):

• You need a Graduate degree in Engineering or MBA (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years' experience working with stakeholders on project coordination.

Surveyor-cum-GIS Expert (2 posts - Sri Vijaya Puram & Campbell Bay):

• You need a Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years' experience in surveying and GIS mapping.
• You must know how to use software like AutoCAD, GIS Mapping, QGIS or ArcGIS.

Consultant (Project Monitoring & Follow-up):

• You must be a retired Government servant with a graduate degree and at least 5 years' experience in planning and monitoring of projects/schemes. Your consultancy fee will be calculated as your last salary drawn minus your pension.

• Teaching, part-time work, internships, self-employment and freelancing are not counted as experience.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 50 years for Resident Engineer-cum-Co-Ordinator and Surveyor-cum-GIS Expert.
• Maximum age is 65 years for Consultant (Project Monitoring & Follow-up).
• Age and other eligibility conditions are counted as on 17 August 2026, the last date for receipt of applications.

Salary

• Resident Engineer-cum-Co-Ordinator and Surveyor-cum-GIS Expert will get a consultancy fee of Rs. 40,000 per month.
• Consultant (Project Monitoring & Follow-up) will be paid based on the last salary drawn minus pension.
• Candidates posted at Campbell Bay get a 20% Hard Area Allowance.
• TA/DA for official travel outside Sri Vijaya Puram is reimbursed at the rate applicable to a Level-6 officer. No TA/DA is paid for attending the walk-in interview.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection will be done through the following steps:

1. Shortlisting: ANIIDCO shortlists candidates for interview based on higher qualification and experience.
2. Walk-in Interview: Held in person or via video conference on 19 August 2026 from 10:00 AM, on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Document Verification: Your age, qualification and experience documents are verified before final selection.

Note that selection is subject to verification of your age, educational qualification and experience documents, and the crucial date for judging your eligibility is the last date for receipt of applications, not the interview date.
