AIIMS Deoghar Data Entry Operator Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Deoghar has invited applications for 1 Data Entry Operator post for the project titled "Bharat Health Initiative for Sahyog, Hita and Maitri (BHISHM) Cube" funded by MoHFW under Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM). This is a purely contractual position for 1 year, which may be extended based on project continuation and your performance. If you are a graduate with computer skills and have worked in a health-related setting, this is a good opportunity to work at one of India's premier medical institutes.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need a Graduation degree along with a Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience working in a health programme is required.
• Computer Skills: You must have working knowledge and hands-on experience with computer applications.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of filing, indexing, drafting, and document management is needed.

Salary

• You will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000 per month.
• No additional allowances (DA, HRA, TA) are provided beyond this consolidated amount.

• Payment Mode: Demand Draft only, drawn in favour of "AIIMS Deoghar" payable at Deoghar. You must attach the original DD with your application form.

Selection Process

The selection will be done through a walk-in interview:

1. Shortlisting (if needed): If there are too many applications, AIIMS Deoghar may shortlist candidates based on educational qualifications and relevant experience before calling them for the interview.
2. Walk-in Interview: Shortlisted or eligible candidates will appear for an in-person interview at AIIMS Deoghar.
3. Document Verification: Your documents will be checked on the same day as the interview. Make sure you carry all originals.

There is no written exam for this post. Selection is based entirely on the interview.

2. Fill in the application form completely with all required details.

4. Prepare a Demand Draft for the application fee (if applicable) in favour of "AIIMS Deoghar" payable at Deoghar.

6. Your application must reach before 23 March 2026, 5:00 PM.
7. Attend the walk-in interview on 27-28 March 2026 at Academic Block, 4th Floor, AIIMS Deoghar with all original documents.

• Enter, update, and manage data accurately in prescribed systems and formats for the BHISHM Cube project
• Maintain records, logs, and databases in an organized and easy-to-access manner
• Prepare routine and special reports to support clinical, administrative, and operational needs
• Keep all sensitive data and patient information confidential and secure
• Assist in the maintenance, deployment, operation, and demobilization of BHISHM Cubes as per standard operating procedures
• Help with mobilization and deployment activities of BHISHM Cubes when required
• Handle any other tasks assigned by the project team to keep the BHISHM Cube running smoothly
