Assam Administrative Staff College, Guwahati is recruiting for the Digital Learning Lab under Mission Karmayogi Assam. The notice covers Lead Instructional Designer and Learning Designer roles, both based in-person at AASC Guwahati. The engagement is full-time and contractual for 12 months from the date of joining.

  • Experience: You need at least 5 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, content structuring, and storyboard development for e-learning programmes.
  • Skills: Experience with competency-based modules, ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, adult learning, LMS platforms, multimedia workflows, and coordination with subject matter experts is expected.
  • Role focus: You will lead planning, coordination, quality assurance, and institutionalisation of instructional design processes under the Digital Learning Lab.

Learning Designer

  • Qualification: You need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, Communication Design, Management, Social Work, Social Sciences, Engineering, Graphic Design, Media Management, Media Technology, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: You need at least 3 years of experience in designing and developing digital learning experiences.
  • Skills: You should know UX/UI for e-learning, authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Canva, Articulate Storyline, Rise, H5P or similar tools, multimedia development, accessibility standards, and mobile-first learning design.
  • Role focus: You will support course authoring, multimedia integration, publishing, testing, and maintenance of digital learning products.

Salary

  • Lead Instructional Designer: Rs. 1,80,000 per month.

Selection Process
