IIM Mumbai AIC-NIFIE Recruitment 2026 - 4 Posts

Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai), erstwhile NITIE, is hiring through its incubator AIC-NIFIE (a Section 8 company supported by IIM Mumbai and Atal Incubation Centre, NITI Aayog). The four positions support the incubation centre that nurtures tech start-ups and entrepreneurship. This is a purely contractual engagement for one year, extendable up to two more years based on performance and need. Selection is through an interview (in-person or online) — there is no written exam.

Who Can Apply?

For Incubation Manager (Rs. 80,000 - Rs. 1,00,000):

• Graduate degree in Engineering. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the startup eco-system; 2-3 years at an incubator, co-working space or startup is preferred.
• Age: Not more than 50 years as on last date.

For Events, Branding & Marketing Manager (Rs. 65,000 - Rs. 75,000):

• Graduate in any field. MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing; design (posters, flyers, PPTs) and event management experience is a must.
• Age: Not more than 45 years.

For Lab Technician (Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 65,000):

• Diploma holder or BCS / BCA / B.Tech / B.E. degree.
• Minimum 5 years experience; networking, facility/lab management or tinkering lab experience preferred.
• Age: Not more than 35 years.

For Facility Administrator (Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 40,000):

• Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience; incubator/co-working/startup experience preferred.
• Age: Not more than 40 years.

Age Limit

• Incubation Manager: up to 50 years
• Events, Branding & Marketing Manager: up to 45 years
• Facility Administrator: up to 40 years
• Lab Technician: up to 35 years

Salary

• Incubation Manager: Rs. 80,000 - Rs. 1,00,000 per month
• Events, Branding & Marketing Manager: Rs. 65,000 - Rs. 75,000 per month
• Lab Technician: Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 65,000 per month
• Facility Administrator: Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month
• Leave benefits as per institute norms for contractual employees
• No other allowances are admissible. The institute does not provide accommodation.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is through interview only:

1. Shortlisting: Applicants are shortlisted on the basis of higher qualification and experience. Meeting the minimum eligibility does not guarantee a call.
2. Interview: Conducted in-person or online. The date is communicated to shortlisted candidates by email only.
3. Document Verification: Bring all original certificates and one set of photocopies (qualification, experience, age proof) to the interview.

The contract starts only after Nayara Energy releases funds to AIC-NIFIE.
